All LiveGood products come with a 90-day promise that the bottle will be empty. If you’re not happy with any of our goods, for any reason, just send back the part you haven’t used or the empty bottle to:
LiveGood Returns is at 1201 Jupiter Park Dr., Unit 5, Jupiter, FL 33458.
You need you write down your name or order ID number which was provided on the order.
For Membership Purchases: LiveGood will return monthly membership fees up to 7 days after the date of the payment if the membership wasn’t used to buy any products.
If you haven’t used your LiveGood account, you can get a full refund if you ask for it within 7 days. If you ask for a refund after 90 days, you’ll only get 50% of what you paid. After 90 days, there will be no more money back.
Send an email to email@example.com with the name and/or ID number on the account to ask for a return on a LiveGood membership.
Fees to become an affiliate can be returned if you ask for it within 7 days of becoming an affiliate.
