Directions
Take 2 capsules orally, with or without food, each day.
BEST taken at least two hours apart from other prescriptions and supplements. Splitting the dose and taking one pill in the afternoon to aid with the late-day stress response and the other capsule around bed to aid in the sleep cycle is one of our favourite routines. Take 2 pills 30 minutes before rest if it is easier and prefered. Take with a meal at dinner or lunch IF stomach upset happens.
