Add 1 scoop to 8 ounces of water, hot or cold.
When you’re ready to drink, all you have to do is add hot or cold water to the pre-ground LiveGood Healthy Organic Coffee. Most people would drink this in the morning because of the approximately 100mg of caffeine it contains. Avoiding caffeine and other stimulants at least 8 hours before bedtime is recommended to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Matcha and green tea are a powerful combination, and adding adaptogen mushrooms calms the jitters from the caffeine.
